Indian Club Mobility Exercise

Indian Club Wrist Rolls - Warm Up DrillsTraining with Indian clubs are highly beneficial for warm-ups and prehab work, aiding in better workout preparation for your adjustable steel mace bell training.

Use light clubs (~0.5 kilos/1 pound) or an adjustable club; the two main grips are the hammer grip (neutral wrist) and the saber grip.

Start with the hammer grip in a shoulder-packed down position, perform forward wrist rolls (180 degrees to 360 degrees) and backward wrist rolls.

Practice 10-20 reps of forward and backward wrist rolls on each side to enhance wrist mobility and range of motion.

Incorporate this drill into warm-ups, perform 10 forward and 10 backward rolls per side, and explore additional training videos and equipment through the provided links.
