Casual Campus Sports
USU has been working hard to bring you more casual sport on campus. The Uni Lounge is open during term time and the Pool Table and Table Tennis are back up and running. The Volleyball net will also be up and running for the Summer season.
We now have new Touch, Vollyball and Soccer balls which you are able to hire out from the USU reception. You just need your student ID and a $10.00 bond (you get this back when you return the gear). Get out there are make the most of it!
Pool in the Uni Lounge
USU has two paid tables to use in the Uni Lounge in The Hub. The tables will kindly except $2.00 coins(only) per game. You can pick up a cue from the USU Reception.
Hoop at The Hub
USU has purchased a basketball hoop for everyone to use. It is situated in The Hub. If you need a basketball, pop into the USU Reception and exchange your Student ID and a $10 bond (you'll get this back) for free ball hire.
Table Tennis in the Uni Lounge
USU has two table tennis tables in the Uni Lounge in The Hub. Anyone can use it, just pop into the USU Reception and put down a $5.00 bond (you'll get this back) and your student ID for free bat and ball hire.
Volleyball
A volleyball net is located on the field behind building 172 for the summer season. Pop into the USU Reception and put down a $10.00 bond and your student ID for a ball hire (you'll get your money back when the ball is returned).
