Free Legal Consultations On-campus

The USU, in conjunction with a leading central city law firm, Jackson Russell, offers Unitec students and staff free initial legal consultations and a discounted rate for continued legal work.

Jackson Russell provides sessions of free initial consultations with a solicitor at the USU Offices, usually on a Wednesday afternoon.

Where work is taken further by Jackson Russell, the USU has negotiated a 20% discount rate* on the legal firm’s normal fees to all Unitec students and staff.
