Pull a sicky and you might just get caught – on national television. That’s what happened to a woman who skipped work to audition for hit UK show X Factor. She was recognised by her bosses when she appeared on TV - in her work uniform.

Real life booby trappers caught! Woman have long known that the way to distract men is with their breasts, but two Parisian teenagers were caught taking it a little too far - flashing men at cash flow machines and then stealing thousands of Euros from them while the men’s attention was… elsewhere.

Nail files are still a “No-No!” but sky-high pillow fights are “A-OK” it seems. A You Tube video, depicting a Lufthansa flight attendant starting a pillow fight in the economy cabin, has become a world wide hit. The airline has even gone as far as to publicly announce it was good to see the passengers could still have fun on flights.

It’s hard to carry on when faced with such a tragic loss. But somehow, mourners are managing to go about their day to day tasks - despite the fact that Britain’s largest fresh water fish has died. The 32kg fish, affectionately known as “the marriage wrecker” died of old age in Kent at the ripe age of 45. (Fish years or human years, who knows? It was unclear.)

Thinking you should get some life insurance so your loved ones won’t be crippled by the cost of a funeral? No? Well if you were, it’s good to know that you can now put your death on layby and pay off your funeral in instalments. Consumer NZ and the Funeral Directors Association estimate a funeral can cost an average of $8800. If you’ve seen a beautiful plywood coffin and don’t want to get stuck with ugly, old, untreated pine (so last season) then it might pay to start paying now.
