Position description:
In your role as PC bench technician for Imatec Solutions (based
in Matamata), you will provide all service requirements for PC’s
brought into our offices as outlined on the following page.
You will also be required to provide some remote support to clients.
Service work:
?Virus and spyware removal
?PC Workstation rebuilds
?Technical support
?Remote support
?Sales of PC equipment and accessories
?General house-keeping
?Software and hardware troubleshooting
?Pre installation configuration of all new equipment
?PC Hardware/software Upgrades
?Software renewals
?PC Workstation Diagnostics
8:30am – 5:00pm Mon-Fri with 30min lunch break
