Carrington's licensed cafe opened on the Unitec campus in early March 2007. The centrally located refurbished Pumphouse building is a focal point for entertainment and food and beverages are also available.

Waitakere Campus
The WestCity shopping mall is just around the corner. There are numerous cafes and bakeries, as well as a food hall. You can also relax and socialise in the Waitakere common room, which is equipped with a microwave, watercooler and a fridge. There is also a Gloria Jeans within the library complex across the road. There is also a Coffee Cart in the main area on level 1.

There is a cafe on the ground level of the main building at the Albany campus. Serves hot and cold food as well as a selection of hot and cold drinks.
